Underworld Culture Convention – Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Event Details

   • The Underworld Culture Convention is a two-day event at the Radisson Lackawanna Station in Scranton, PA.

   • All approved vendors are required to vend on both days of the event.

2. Application Process

   • Submission of a vending application does not guarantee approval.

   • You will be notified if your application is accepted. At that time, you will receive a payment link to secure your vending space.

3. Payments

   • Vendor spots are $200 each.

   • Payment must be made in full upon acceptance in order to confirm your vending spot.

   • All vending fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.

4. General Terms

   • Vendors are expected to comply with all venue rules, regulations, and local laws.

   • Failure to vend both days of the event may result in forfeiture of your space without refund.

   • Vendors understand that the sale of weapons or firearms are strictly forbidden and will not participate in the sale or distrobution of anything illegal.
