Underworld Culture Convention Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Approval Process
Submission of a sponsorship application or interest form does not guarantee approval.
All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by Underworld Culture Convention management.
Once approved, sponsors will receive an invoice or payment link to secure their sponsorship package.
Payments
Full payment is required upon approval to confirm sponsorship benefits.
All sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.
Sponsorship Benefits
Benefits outlined in sponsorship packages will only be provided after payment is received in full.
The Underworld Culture Convention reserves the right to adjust placement, exposure, or deliverables as necessary due to venue restrictions, production timelines, or other operational requirements.
Sponsorship does not grant any ownership rights, decision-making authority, or influence over event programming.
Logos & Branding
Sponsors must provide logos and marketing materials in the required format and by the stated deadlines.
Failure to provide assets on time may result in omission from promotional materials without refund or credit.
Conduct & Compliance
Sponsors agree to abide by all venue rules, local laws, and event policies.
Any sponsor engaging in conduct deemed harmful to the event, attendees, or community reputation may have their sponsorship revoked without refund.
Liability
Underworld Culture Convention, its organizers, and the Radisson Lackawanna Station are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by sponsors, their staff, or their property during the event.
Event Changes
The event reserves the right to adjust programming, scheduling, or location as needed.
Sponsorships remain valid for the rescheduled event date in the event of postponement.
